had a really pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Tongzhou. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully provided. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help — from check-in to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. The breakfast selection was great, with both Chinese and Western options, and the overall dining experience was excellent. The location is convenient, close to the subway and shopping malls, which made getting around very easy. I also liked that the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Beijing .All the staff speak English ,everyone is helping from the manager to the cleaners .The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.I highly recommend this hotel .It’s a 10/10.Breakfast was good they have Chinese and Western breakfast. There is a subway station right by the hotel that can take you to Universal Studios only 3 stops away .You can always buy Universal Studio. Costumes nearby the hotel .I would like to thank Irina and Cedric who served me my room service dinner late at night .They were cheerful, friendly, and we instantly became friends .The only thing I disliked is how one lady called my room and said “It’s time to leave “ ??That was a bit rude .”It’s time to check out sounds better” However I still rate the hotel 10/10
